Q: When will my order be despatched?
A: We generally send out orders the same or next business day following receipt. All orders are despatched by first class post unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Q: How much is delivery (P&P)?
A: It totally depends on where you live and the weight of your order. You will always be able to see the shipping costs before you confirm your order but below, for your reference, are some examples that will help you get on your way (please note these are guidelines only):-
UK address:-

2 - 4 T-shirts £4.95
1 Hoodie - £4.95
European address (doesn't apply to all Eurozone, contact us for a quote or add to basket):-

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Our system will update online when your order has been despatched. If you really are stuck, please email help@iffytonstores.co.uk with your order number, we'll let you know when it was sent.
Q: What is your policy regarding damaged / faulty goods?
A: We will replace any damaged goods, simply return to us and we'll ship out a fresh replacement free of charge, please note, the shirt needs to be unworn, unwashed and not stained. We inspect all returns to ensure people are not taking the Michael.
Q: What is your policy if I don't like the product?
A: If you are unhappy with any of our products, we operate a 100% satisfaction policy, however, you will need to return the item to us, unworn, unwashed and unmarked. We are happy to exchange sizes but you will need to cover the costs of sending back to us (do check sizes in our fitting room prior to ordering). If you simply want to return the item as you are not happy with the design, you will not be credited back the P&P you paid to us. Q: Where are your T-shirts printed?
A: North London, UK. We ship all products from the UK by First Class post.
